About

The game from every side

Sport has been a lifelong passion and commitment that has shaped my leadership both on and off the field.

Over the past three decades I have contributed to Bhutanese sport as a national athlete, club founder, sports administrator, board member and advocate for sustainable sports development.

My experience spans athlete representation, sports governance, club management, stakeholder engagement, sponsorship development and business leadership — a view of the sporting ecosystem from the dressing room, the club office and the boardroom.
